Travelling on Municipal Business

Did you know local governments are eligible to access provincial government rates when travelling on local government business? The Corporate Supply Arrangements (CSAs) offer discounted prices, negotiated by the province (the Ministry of Labour's Procurement and Supply Services), on many services - including short-term vehicle rentals and accommodations.

Please note that to access these rates, your organization must first register with the Purchasing Services Branch by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). UBCM cannot do this on behalf of its members. Once registered, your organization will be added to the list of approved members (the CSA User's List).
