The listings include organizational titles and in all cases we have used the title provided by our members in this section. The Net•work•book includes contact information for:

  • Members pay $15.00 per copy (plus PST and GST) for additional copies
  • Government agencies & crown corporations pay $25.00 per copy (plus PST and GST where applicable)
  • Non members pay $35.00 per copy (plus PST and GST)
