Arising from an agreement between Elections BC and the UBCM, access to Provincial Voters Lists is not currently provided through UBCM Member Services.
Municipal Extracts of Provincial Voters Lists may be ordered directly from Elections BC.Ordering Municipal Extracts from the Provincial Voters List System
The fee for municipal extracts is $20. Elections BC will include an invoice for this amount when they send the municipal extract that you have ordered.

Local governments are reminded that access to provincial voters list information is restricted under the Election Act; it is confidential and is supplied to local governments solely for local electoral purposes. The Election Act provides significant penalties for non-electoral use of this information.
Each local government receiving voters list information is responsible for taking the appropriate steps to ensure the confidentiality of this information. As is currently the practice, local governments will be asked to complete an "Undertaking and Acknowledgment of Receipt" when receiving voters list information.
