Recipient Reporting

New this year! By the end of December 2009, UBCM must publish an in-depth Outcomes Report on the Gas Tax and Public Transit Agreements. This requires local governments and other eligible recipients to report on what has been achieved on all completed capital projects to December 31, 2008 since the inception of the Gas Tax and Public Transit programs. Note that Capacity Building projects are exempt from this round of reporting. Projects funded directly by the Provincial Public Transit Infrastructure Program are also excluded.

We have mailed out reporting directions to all recipients on how to complete the online survey for each of your projects, which contains the password you will need to fill out the survey. A link to the survey is posted below. Note that the deadline for reporting is November 12, 2009.

Local governments and other eligible recipients are required to provide a written annual report on any activities undertaken in relation to the Gas Tax and Public Transit Agreements for the previous fiscal year ending December 31. The annual reporting deadline is July 1.
