Annual Reports
UBCM prepares an Annual Expenditure Report (AER) and Audit Report for both the Gas Tax and Public Transit Agreements. The AER and Audit Report are delivered to Canada and British Columbia in September of each year to report on the development of the programs over the previous fiscal year. The AER documents the implementation of the programs, highlight specific projects, and provide background information on the benefits achieved in communities through the delivery of funds.
UBCM has also produced an Outcomes Report for the GTA and PTA that provides both quantitative and qualitative information on the outcomes achieved by the programs up to December 31, 2008.
